From multiple gold medals and a best in class award, the wine speaks for itself. The land consists of 120 acres with over 3 acres of grapes, a coastal field, pasture land that is ideal for horses or livestock, a stocked pond for fishing and both sides of Martin's creek. There are many choice building sites on the property. The event center and wine tasting facility is 2,000 sq. ft. with another 1,480 sq. ft. in covered patio and wrap around porches. There is a wood-fired pizza oven and a fully insulated container for storing wine. The building is set up to become a wedding venue in the future. In the parking lot to the north are RV hook-ups. Near the vineyard, is the future wine making barn with living quarters. Wine inventory in various stages of production will transfer with the sale.
